Worst hair extensions I’ve ever brought and shocking customer service!!!!!!

After suffering long covid hair loss I had to take out my nano bonds which devastated me. I looked at many clip in hair company’s but foxy locks had come up the best. I had to buy many different colours and lengths to find the perfect set which was easy with their returns policy and tester section. They replied straight away with any questions I had. The hair is beautiful, no shredding, once in they sit so smooth to my head you can not see them at all, even with my super fine hair. The colours are gorgeous and even after washing they are still amazing quality. I have now bought a few sets because it makes it easier to swap between straight/curly and lengths. I also have a set to make a clip in pony tail. Because my hair is so fine I can make two sets out of one. I now want to get other colours to clip in under the blonde to make new colour mixes. I won’t be shopping anywhere else. The only downside was waiting for out of stock items which can take months but was totally worth the wait. Foxylocks has made me feel confident again.

I love the quality of the hair. And the color match is superb. I love the hair so much that I wore these extensions on my wedding day in Hawaii. The seamless clip in were lightweight that I did not get a headache. I forgot I had hair extensions since they were comfortable. I even toned it with a purple shampoo wash and they were in great condition. Will def keep purchasing. But only one bad con was their return policy wasn’t so great. I ordered a latte blonde volumizer and their staff sent me the wrong color of iced latte. I’m from the US so return shipping was expensive, not worth it. I ordered another pair but was hoping for a discount but they couldn’t accommodate even it was their mistake but they did made sure they sent out the correct color this time. All in all, they were quick to respond and the hair quality is nice, and shipping was fast. so I guess it was just my luck at the time. I’m sure it won’t happen again. So knocking one star off.

I ordered the black/brown deluxe 20 inch set, this was my first time ordering. I researched for months looking for the best hair extensions and for the price too. I used to have synthetic extensions from a different brand and i was just so unhappy with the molting and quality i wanted real hair extensions, because the synthetic didnt do it for me. So i looked for ages, looking for extensions, that were affordable, soft, good quality, and a good colour match with good customer service if anything went wrong per say. I was shocked at the amazing quality of the hair extensions when i ordered them. They are super soft, perfect colour match to my hair came the day before then expected, and for the price it is more then worth it. I thought with that amount of hair it would be too heavy on my head yet it felt so lightweight. I will definitely be purchasing again and would highly highly recommend im so happy with them.

This is my second set of hair extensions from Foxy Locks and I could not be happier. The colour is stunning and goes well with my ombre. I actually had to exchange it as the initial colour I had picked was not the right match. Nothing was ever an issue. Everything was processed smoothly and the lovely Leah kept me up to date with the progress. Wonderful customer service and amazing product! I will definitely be buying again and would highly recommend!!

Great costumer service

Foxy locks used to be my go too and I was obsessed! Recently I find that I have to replace them every month or so as they get so dry even with great care. There’s so many companies now offering seamless extensions with better quality, for example milk and blush plus they’re cheaper.

Placed an order on 11th December for hair extensions for my girlfriend its middle of January and now the date has been pushed back till February 15th . I understand there is a pandemic, but maybe not accept orders that can’t be fulfilled.

I’ve ordered extensions from foxy locks multiple times and the first two sets were amazing, super thick from root to tip. However, I purchased a pair during Black Friday and they were super stringy and not full towards the end. The tester piece seemed fine (which will lead you to open the whole set), but the other pieces from the set were not up to par. I’ve already contacted customer service and can’t do anything because the set was opened.
